Hi, our connection is on bridge mode because we're on a router, and now we can't access the DSL Modem's IP despite reserving it, i.e., 192.168.0.1 and therefore could not view the line attenuation and SNR values.
How can we check for it? HELP!
We called AT&T TWICE and made us wait for 45 minutes each, only to end up with a dead line. We feel insulted and quite disrespected.
Thanks very much in advance for your input.
