It seems my companies IP address has been blocked from ATT&T servers due to spam. I've already gone through the steps to have us removed and received an email notifying me we would and a few days later we were blocked again. Went through the same steps and this morning I received this message
IP Address: XX.XXX.XXX.XXX was requested to be unblocked, but it's in banned address space
I've X'd out our IP address for security reasons. Ive already spoken with my site admin and he did inform me that everything has been removed already and the script that caused us to be blocked in the first place is no longer on the server. I'm just a little puzzled how we are now blocked a 2nd time within 3 weeks?
I have tried replying to the emails I receive but they are to no-reply addresses. Since I am an AT&T wireless customer I figured I would give this a shot as AT&T are the only servers we have been blocked/banned from.
Any help or a point in the right direction would be appreciated.

I have the same issue. I have discovered that my store connected with Paypal doesn't communicate anymore. When Paypal send to my store a confirmation all works as well but when my store has to send a reply to paypal there is a timeout.
# curl -d "test" https://api-3t.paypal.com/nvp -v
* About to connect() to api-3t.paypal.com port 443 (#0)

curl: (7) couldn't connect to host
and this is the test by a traceroute:

I'm having the same issue with my business IP address.. it's been blocked for days now due to spam I think...
ugh, so frustrating!
Anyone have the link to where I can get my IP address off the "blacklist"? Also...
any direct links or phone numbers to ATT to get this issue sorted?
Thanks so much.

Fill out the form at http://rbl.att.net/cgi-bin/rbl/block_admin.cgi ... it may take a while (over a week for me) but they will respond. Also make sure that your RDNS is absolutely correct. This will spead the process. I definitely understand your frustrations. Good luck. RG
