I have forgotten my password to an @att.net account. When I follow the "reset password" instructions, I get to the screen asking for security questions. The question is blank, yet it still expects an answer. What can I do?

Unfortunately the only way to change/add security questions is to log in to the account in question. Catch 22
You will have to call in to get the questions filled in or have them change the password to the account so you can log in and change/add the questions yourself.

Thank you so much. I can't find a phone number on the site, it seems I click links in circles trying to get a direct line. Does anyone know the number to call if your password needs to be reset?

No problem, that's what I'm here for.
The number is 1-800-882-2020
The quickest way in is to call the 2020 number, confirm your phone number when it asks (if calling from your home), and then just keep saying "none of those" to the rest of the prompts and it will connect you to a real human within a minute or two.
