When I try to log on to my {Personal content removed for your safety} account I get the following error message:
"You no longer have access to your AT&T Yahoo! account vschweyen@sbcglobal.net because your AT&T Yahoo! Internet services have been suspended due to violation of the AT&T Yahoo! Terms of Service."
How can this account be reactivated?

Can you help me with my email also? The primary account has been suspended and the subs are still active but cannot access. The webmail says the sub has been suspended. Please let me know what info you need.

Try calling the AT&T Billing and Collections department at 1-800-288-2020
Our account got suspended for an unknown reason - it may have been thtat the credit card used for billing expired. It took me several phone calls and multiple transfers to get to the correct department (Billing and Collections).
DO NOT call the number posted on the suspenison notice -- they had no idea what I was talking about. Call the billing department directly.
I realize this is an old post, but am putting this info here in case it helps other people with the same issue. This is the second time I've had problems with AT&T. They don't provide much support for e-mal anymore, so it's very difficult to get help when you need it.

Sorry to drag this old post back up, but I just recieved the same error for my email that I have had for 15 years. My yahoo service is suspended due to viloaation with my old sbcglobal.net email that controls my yahoo.com email.
I think someone had hijacked my email account and was sending out lots of spam. I tried to change my password but I have this odd conflict between at&t and yahoo that was near impossible to change the password. I found a link that would allow me to change all my at&t and yahoo passwords and it worked for the past week. No spam emails with bounce backs and undeliverable mail. It was all working again.
I know the credit card on file is not expired and I pay for the premium service. It is on auto-charge.
Now today I get this suspension of service. I really need this old email address working as I have a lot of bills and utilities tethered to it.
Any help would be appreciated.
