It appears I can send to all but cannot get SMS sent from iphones. This may have started after ota update but i am not sure as i have only had this phone for 10 days. So far i have restarted (with bat and sims out/in), & reset mess center # as those are the only simple solutions i have found here on the forum. Is it time for me to call support - does chat work as well for this 'att reset'? thanks

crazy - old iphone was on though inactive - had been transferring data. I guess imessage was dead-dropping iphone sms's. turned iphone off - everything seems fine now!
