Hi,
I have buy a pay as you go and as soon i activated it i get three messages from 36245 coming from the same web site, so I have discover that come from messages send as email at mynumber@txt.att.net so I have tried http://mymessages.wireless.att.com/ to block all messages coming from email address.
But later I get a new message from the same web site, so I have tried to go on the website to try to unsuscribe the email mynumber@txt.att.net but they have no record of it.
So I research on this issue on the forum and I have found old thread in 2008 talking about that and saying message send at mynumber@mobile.mycingular.net bypass the protection. So I have tried to unsuscribe mynumber@mobile.mycingular.net on the sending website and hopefully that have worked.
So if somebody of at&t see that I think that would be a good idea to fix it. And better would be to disable the old aliases of Cingular for new customers, I think I am not the only one who don't want to get all the previous subscriptions of a previous number owner made years ago (it seems Cingular became at&t in 2007).

Another thing to do is to reply to the message with the word stop in the message as well.
