Switching my 5$/200Text plan to a different family member

Hi,

I have no upgraded my phone yet, so I am not on contract. I was planning on switching off AT&T Because of the horrible choices they have been making for their customers recently.

I have a 5$/200text plans (from years ago) and my sister is on unlimited on an Android phone (only plan she could get...)
She is on contract and I am not. Is there any way I can transfer my plan over to her while she keeps her own number?

that cannot be done, they do not swap features between accounts / phones, you leave it is gone never to return
