Stop texts from showing up as from 0000000000@mms.att.net.

Some texts are showing up as from 0000000000@mms.att.net. I would like that to not happen and have them revert to showing up as from the contact they are being sent to/from. How do I do that?

That is the email to MMS gateway address that is used for sending a picture message from a email to a phone, if you replace the MMS with SMS then the message would come through as a text instead. if that is true then that they are coming from a email there would be no way to have them show the phone number it is coming from because there is no phone number associated to the sender.

I'm sending texts but this only happens with one person. Mine shows up on her phone the same way. Neither of us are aending them as emails.
