I have a FamilyTalk Nation 1400 with 5 lines and a Nation 450 Individual with 1 line. I clicked "Change Plan" and then click "I'm ready to choose plan" under Mobile Share. I selected the 10GB Plan under "Step 1," but the Eligible Devices section in "Step 2" does not show any of my lines. Its just a blank space. Am I doing something wrong?

it could be a conflict with the web site and the internet browser you are using, try it again using another browser.

Nothing's showing up for me under Eligible Devices, either, and I've tried multiple web browsers! (Firefox, Chrome, IE9) And all my phones are activated, so that's not it. Any help would be appreciated!
