You can get the message details such as the timestamp, the number the message was sent/received, and the type of message (i.e SMS, MMS) ... as far as the exact contents of the text messages it is not possible. AT&T does not store the contents of any wireless communication, strictly for the protection of privacy.

You can check your Online Account (OLAM) and see a list of texts, dates, phone numbers, time, sent/received but you will not see what was contained in those messages.

Now you can, but you need to be using the new AT&T Messaging App for Android, You get to see your SMS inbox on the web and you can print it out.

You don't need a specific ATT application to be able print out your SMS messages! There are several SMS backup applications that have ways to your SMS messages into printable form. There is no need for more carrier bloat.
