This is the 1st time I ever lost the 885 signal for a extended period of time.
It started a 7AM here and right now, 4 hours later, there is no connection.
I called the ATT techie and after a drill a monkey
could do I was informed my area is not functioning and it will be down till
I wonder if this downtime wiil be deducted from my bill??????????

Downtime can be deducted from you bill when you meet the following two conditions:
1- The outage must be for longer than 24 hours
2- You must report the problem to customer care
You will then need to ask for the credit once service is restored.
