AT&T Wireless Issues
I was planning on changing from Verizon wireless to ATT in December when my contract runs out. After reading and hearing AT&T may have some serious issues with reducing data speed when a customer has high usage. Does anyone know if this is a legitimate complaint?

Only true for those on an expired/grandfathered "Unlimited" data plan who go over an amount (or use data at a rate which predicts they'll go over?). I should note here that the FTC is suing AT&T over this issue....
New customers pay for data by the GB and are not throttled.
