I recently bought a new router because i thought my old one was too old and was giving me alot of problem. The problems i was having is that my internet speed was really slow and it would shut off randomly during the time i needed it most; skype meeting, writing emails. I purchased the $100 latest model and still have the SAME issues. I upgraded my connection to PRO and still slower than dsl. Loading a youtube video i would have to pause the video in the begginging and wait 10 mins for it even finish loading to half. I am not a happy custormer and will switch to comcast if this isn't fixed. I had a technician come over to inspect what was the problem, he took a quick look and explained that the problem was in the phone line and that it couldn't support enough speed, so he "fixed" it. Guess what? Same problem and even SLOWER than before. Theres no help to it, even talking to chat support, they would "disconnect" me while talking to them. Abosultely not good, read below for the unhelpful representivie that is a idi0t. Sorry for my long post as i am not a pleased custormer to go this far of length to make this post.

Most of the time its people from india and the language barrier makes it even worse. A post with over 100 views and not one forum moderator can even address to this issue. Whats the point of having these forums when no one is here to reply except customer with the same issue??
