My internet connection continues to drop, intermittently at the wrong time.
I have an actiontec TGT784WN.
I have a ATT Tech work on the hub across the street. He worked on the NiC on the house.
I dread calling back for phone help because everything you read on these postings is true.
Am i missing something? Should I be checking for some set up issue? This dropping of my connection started this summer. The modem is 2 months old. Do I have to call the phone support again?

Sorry to hear that your still having intermittent trouble, those can be the hardest to track down. I would definitely call back and get a tech dispatched.
Is this happening at a certain time everyday, when calls come in, when an alarm might test itself, does the connection come right back on?
