My internet worked fine for close to 2 years, however in the past 2 months its been unbearable. I have called tech support multiple times, getting the generic responses each time. I've had tech support out to check the lines to no avail. I have reran new wire in the house to make sure the issue isn't on my end. I have bought a different modem/router and tried it. I am at a loss.
Here are my stats from the past 2 hours.

For over a year now, my restaurant AT&T Internet goes up and down a LOT! I've gone through the painful process of calling AT&T to get it fixed many times, they seem to be working on it for a while, then give up and we start all over again. I told them the last time I called them that this was it if they did not get it fixed, I changing my service provider... again, they did not fix it and the last person I talked to was suppose to have a manger call me within 2 hours, (that was 6 hours ago). I've had it... I'm calling Time Warner tomorrow.
Goodbye AT&T
