Device Access Code stopped working about 10 days ago...
When I go to "Access Code" page (192.168.1.254/Device/Access Code) and enter the number from Yellow Label on the divice, it takes me to a page to set up a new Access Code. When I choose "Use Default Aceess Code", then it will just go back to the "Access Code" page and this will keep going back and forth endlessly. When I try to set up a new password, it will also keep going back to "Access Code" page.
So I called Tech Support and we tried everything together for about an hour. Nothing worked... so the AT&T decided to send me an replacement NVG510.
I just hooked it up last night, and the same problem with the new device.
I tried whatever I could think - using 2 different computers (one is Dell with Windows XP, and the other is Toshiba with Windows 7), restarted device 5 to 6 times.
Has anyone had same issue? (and how did you resolve the issue if you have...) Please help me... I am tired of trying and keep calling Tech Support...
