Hello and welcome to the forums, have you looked under your modems settings to see if you can change your DNS. I believe if the option is there you will be able to change it. Some versions of that modem have restrictions where you will not be able to change your settings.

Only way would be to contact ATT Tech support, and it is rare that they change the IP for a customer.
