Hello Steve Brill,
I truly appreciate that you took your valuable time to let us know that you are experienceing 'Page can not be display' problem with your AT&T Internet services and please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience that you might have experienced.
It seems, that there is no problem with your AT&T Internet connection. However you are unable to browse few web sites. Please try the steps mentioned below:
1. Clear the cache (temporary internet files) in your web browser.
2. Clear the cookies in your web browser.
3. Please also check security settings of your web browser:
a. Configure Security settings in Internet Explorer.
b. Click on the Security tab.
c. Click on Restricted sites.
d. Click the Default Level button.
e. Click the Sites button.
f. In the Web sites box, choose the URL of the site that should not be blocked.
g. Click the Remove button.
h. Click the OK button.
i. Click the Apply button.
4. Open Internet Explorer.
a. Click on Tools->Internet Options.
b. Go to the Advanced Tab.
c. In the bottom right hand corner there is a box that says Reset. A dialog box will d. appear, click on Reset.
e. Close then restart Internet Explorer.
5. Open Internet Explorer.
a. Click on Tools->Internet Options.
b. Go to the Programs Tab.
c. Click on 'Reset Web Settings..' tab.
6. Make sure you are running only one firewall, and consider temporarily disabling your firewall to see if it is causing the connection issue (visit the manufacturers website for instructions).
7. Check your system for a virus or for spyware that could be depleting your system resources. Infected computers can generate network traffic without your knowledge and may cause slow surfing speeds. Run anti-virus and anti-spyware software regularly.
8. Incorrect DNS settings on your computer can disrupt this information flow and cause your Internet browsing to slow down or fail.
Hence, you may need to have your DNS settings manually entered.
You may use the link mentioned below to check the DNS settings on your computer.

@ ejdewan,
"Every time I boot up, an IE window pops up with the ATT logo in the upper-left corner, with the designation Redirector.htm, followed by the message "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page."
just disable the AT&T program that runs everytime your computer starts up. go to START --> RUN --> type msconfig in the box --> hit OK --> go to the START UP tab --> look for an item on the list about Redirector.htm or anything from AT&T, then uncheck it --> hit OK.
your computer will then restart. upon reboot, a system configuration dialog box will pop up on the screen. just click on DONT SHOW ME THIS MESSAGE AGAIN. hit OK.
happy new year! hope this helps! ![]()
