I am a new AT&T customer and have been basically happy. My only 2 complaints are the 4 tv limit, and the fact that I can't get my son's XBOX 360 (WIRED) to connect to XBOX live. The XBOX never gets an IP address, and when I set a static address and maually set the DNS and Gateway settings, it still doesn't connect. The cable is good - when I plug the cable into a laptop it gets an IP address through DHCP and connects to the internet just fine. What gives? I just spent an hour online chatting with tech support which got me NOWHERE. Please help.....if there's a setting or settings on the router, what are they?
Thanks in advance!!!

Have you contacted Microsoft about the issue? There may be settings in the xbox that need to change. The only thing I can suggest on the Router end is to put your xbox into DMZ mode, but that can only occur if the router see's the xbox. If the router and cable are working properly there should be no reason the Xbox shouldn't work.
