Just got a ipod touch

I just got a ipod touch and seen there are apps were you can watch hbo and Max but i can not got on it.. my user name and password will now work.. plz help!

I apologize but I don't quite understand what information your looking for. Are you asking about a user name and password you made up for your HBO go or Max accounts? Are you asking for the password to your network, cause that doesn't require a user name. Please provide me with more information so I can better assist you.

i downloaded a app for hbo and max and it asked me to put a providerso i put att u-verse tv then it ask for my att user name and password so i did and it said it was not the right one.. i have tryed all the passwords i use for att and nothing works.. any help would be cool.. thank you

Hi,

This should be your att.net user name and password. Please make sure you are putting @att.net at the end of you email. Also make sure you are using the correct password by trying to log into your email through www.att.com . You can also use this site to reset your password if the one you are using is incorrect. After you have validated that you are using the correct email address and password, it may be necessary to un-install the app and then re-install it. Please let me know if you have any issues.
