My email password has changed and now I can't get email on my blackberry. It won't let me go in and change or add new email account. What am I doing wrong?
Your best option is to delete the exsisting email account and then add it again with the new password. Sorry you had to wait two weeks for a response but that's how AT&T Customer Service works these days...ignore...ignore...and hope you go away.
