My battery on my 9700 was 95% when I went to sleep last night and when I woke up today it was dead, so dead I couldn't even turn it on after 10 min of charging, what could be causing this? I've noticed last week I had wonderful battery life and this week it drains in half a day or so, I love my bold but this can't go on any longer, any help would be so nice!

Did you install any applications that could be runing in the background? I would say it is best to do a hard reset and see if this happens again.

Yes after doing some research I figured out that I had so many apps running that I thought were closed, also when I take my phone out of it's holster it changes from the person's ringtone to the at&t tone, do I have a setting wrong, or is it just me?

Yes, you need to set the individual setting based on in holster and out of holster. You would also need to exclude the contact from being controlled by the active profile. I don't have the BB with me right now to give the exact instruction.

I have it set under everything for it to always play tone so I don't know why it does it.

Try this, go to the advanced section of the profiles. In there hit the menue and you should find the New Exception entry, select, add the name in the From field section and save. See if that fixes the situation.
