Export AT & T Address Book

I need to export my contacts from the A T & T address book. I need to be able to do this so I can load them on my Blackberry Pearl. It does not have the ability to Sync (or at least I can't find it), so I need to be able to export my contacts from the Address Book.

Is there not an option to do that? I can't believe there would be no way to export the data.
