I do not sync this with my laptop, but I was receiving emails fine from my Outlook account. Past few days I have received nothing. I am getting my emails fine on my laptop. I cannot find anywhere in my settings to edit my account; it shows on my device it is already set up. AT & T is my carrier and the chat is not open now.

Try pulling the battery on your device out for 30 seconds. Usually, emails should start going to your device again in 10 to 20 minutes.
