Unlimited texting to certain point?
So I live in Oakland CA and my area code is 510, I thought it was I can text anyone within the united states without getting charged. I have unlimited texting and calling. I texted someone with a number 707 and I got charged for it?

Have you tried calling AT&T customer service? I checked the area code, and it is an area code in California, so you shouldn't be charged. If you were not in the country when you sent those text(s), there may be roaming charges, but I'm going to assume you were in the country.
