Data Usage Reset. Is it delayed?

My new bill cycle came today the minutes got reset. I have a problem with my data usage; it didn't reset back to zero it still shows the same data usage from last month. Is it normal that it does that, delayed or what's going on? Because the other mobile devices that I have is almost running out of data. Please help. Thank you.

All of your allotments - minutes, data - will reset at the beginning of your billing cycle. If you're viewing your usage online or thru star services, it can be delayed up to 48 hours.
