So I want to cancel a line on my family plan and already know how much I'll pay for the ETF but I don't know how I'll be charged. Will I pay the moment I call to cancel it or will it be added to my bill account?

i believe AT&T adds the ETF to your bill.

Yup, the ETF is added to your bill. At the end of the cycle.
