I had a payment arrangement and they suspended my lines in not working right now and jobs are contacting me

That is extremely odd, I would call in to make sure the payment arrangement was actually scheduled, because as long as it is in the system and not broken you service will remain active, late fees may still apply but its a safety net so you still have time without suspension. Good luck!

Actually, while that used to be the case, att is no longer providing contractual service as they once did. Do not be surprised if your phone does not only remain off for an unreasonable time frame, even after paying your bill fully, DO expect a reconnect fee, no matter how erroneous or fraudulent it may be..! ATT is no longer providing customer service.
