12 days of Christmas cost me plenty for cancelling

Well I signed up for AT&T service and after 12 days decided to cancel due to poor signal in certain areas. It cost me 167.78 to have just 12 days of use. 

 

I was debating about returning to AT&T at some point, but now that this has happened, I will not.

I'm sorry for any confusion. When you start new service, your first bill usually generated just few days after, since services are billed in advance, that first bill includes a full month of service plus a prorated amount for the first few days (before the new billing cycle starts). If you cancel after bill was generated, you might be getting an adjustment on the next month's statement. Since it's account specific, our team can check on it for you.
