I am in my first month with ATT Uverse. I noticed that after a few days the on demand menus/selections changed drastically. I was told by an ATT rep that yes, the entire on demand section had been changed, but that everything was still there. The issue I'm having is that everything is "out of order". For example if you are looking at "free shows A-C" the content is in random places, i.e., not listed alphabetically. This goes for any content I look for. Also, certain things I found previously are gone. One of the movie channels had a "Alfred Hitchcock" section with like 15 movies, which I was excited for and figured was seasonal (ya know, like scary movies for Halloween). Then, I saw in sports there was "Wide Right II", a classic Miami-Florida State football game which I figured, again, was there because the two teams are playing THIS UPCOMING WEEKEND. They were both gone when I went back to watch them. I understand that some content will be removed and new stuff added, but it seems odd that in the less than three weeks that I've had Uverse that two things I was ready to watch, and that seemed seasonal, vanished. And everything being a scrambled mess in terms of how things are ordered is annoying as well. Anybody else having trouble? Is it a problem with the service at my house?

Many changes will take place quarterly with the On Demand section. As such if it was set to expire on Sept. 30, It would have been removed on 1 Oct. which also coinsided with the new format. I do not like the new layout and have already voiced my displeasure with it.
