Have you tried Fire Fox? I use it with no problems. There is probably an issue with the way your IE9 is setup, but I have never tried using it at uverse.com.

I tried Firefox and Google Chrome. I get the same error code with them. I posted this question on Microsoft Answers and tried all their suggestions. I also posted this on the Silverlight Community site. No help so far.

I've had the same problem for months. I have tried everything imaginable. I have spent hours on the phone over the past 4 months with AT&T trying to fix the problem. They finally said it's my computer and nothing they can do about it. Some shows play, others give me an Error Code 3222.

I have the same problem on my desk top running windows7 and my lap top running vista. Att support told me my computers are the problem. I took my lap top to my brother's house and used his wireless network to connect to uverse.com. every thing worked fine.
I informed ATT of this, they said they would have go to a higher level of support and they would contact me. It has been two weeks.
I'm still waiting

I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you. Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time. Please take into account weekends when contacting them.
To check for their reply, click the little blue envelope. ![]()
If after two business days you have not gotten a response, Send a PM to Alex. He or someone from his team will get in touch with you. Again keep in mind weekends.

ATT support called today. They said the system has a glitch and they are working on it.

Error code 3222 is a known Microsoft Silverlight issue. Most have been cleared by uninstalling/reinstalling Silverlight.
