Hi, I'm having trouble accessing the online guide from the UVerse website. When I try to load the guide it gives me this error:
Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.
The URL for the guide is: http://uverseonline.att.net/uv/guide
This used to work fine for me. I've tested on multiple computers, browsers and networks. I have the iPad app and that works fine as well.
I also get the same error from the att.com site for managing my account. When I go to this URL:
and click "Manage my DVR" button (lower right) it attempts to load this URL:
and gives me the same error.
Any help would be much appreciated. This seems like a server side issue but I can't see how it would affect only my account! If I log out of of the "My UVerse" and request the guide based on my zip code that works, but of course I can't schedule recordings.
