Looks like something I would use also. I really wish there was some kind of rough time line for new features. Seems like its been a while since we have had any noteworthy improvements.

Just received an update today to my Twonky Beam app on my Ipod and it is now live. I am able to "beam" youtube and many other sites directly to my TV. Also able to send music from my PC or Ipod to my TV/home theater system. At this point I am not able to send any pictures or videos, don't know if I am doing something wrong or if its blocked. Still in the learning process! Its pretty cool so far but you sure realize how small your Ipod screen is to pick and choose what you want to beam.

I received the update, too. After a little learning curve (and having to restart the app a couple times...) I got the web videos to beam to the Set Top Box. Very cool! I tried to beam pictures and music from my iPad to the box, and it could not get that to work. I didnt try to beam pics or music from my computer, so I will try that tonight.

Wow, thank you! Nice app. I did all this using my Apple TV, but this is nice because now I don'thave to keep switching TV inputs all the time!

I'm using it with Uvese and my I-Pad. But it's very intermittent sometimes it works great sometimes it won't work at all. What happens a lot is that it shows the first few seconds and then the connection drops and the video freezes up. Any reasons this might be happening?

Streaming from the web works fine.

I checked the Twonky website. They say it is a known issue and they are working on it. Hopefully we will see an update to the app soon.
