NFL Network audio clipping

First got Uverse over 1 year ago. When set to surround sound many channels were clipping the audio. There was lots of discussion here about it all over. I had called many times and they provided months of free HBO which was hard to watch as the audio clipped there too. LoL.

Seems most has been cleared up yet the NFL Network still has audio clipping.

Is it being fixed?

BTW - this Forum does not work well with IE9... only Chrome.

What Uverse Set top or DVR do you have, and what AV receiver are you using, and how are they connected together. As for IE9, the site works fine with it.

I have the original from when I got Uverse... VIP 1225 connected to same Onkyo HT-RC270 connected with HDMI.

This issue was apparent on many channels when I started with Uverse (lots of comments here) then seemed to be fixed except fot NFL network.

The issue with IE for some reason is that i selected a Board from drop down menu and it continues to give me an error to select a Board even though i did.  Not sure why...but had this issue before as well.

That would be your problem. The 1225 is known for this issue.

Is it specific to NFL only?

Seems other channnels cleared up after months .... though i no longer have HBO....

Depends on the channel. We were getting drops on ABC & Fox on their HD channels last night, but they cleared after a couple of hours.
