Lost dvr record feature when upgrading service

When upgrading, features should be added not taken away but this happens when upgrading to u100 package

u100 has no DVR feature (available for $15 more/mo), family and u200 + above do have DVR features. ![]()

That's the way things were set-up for the last 3 1/2 years I've had Uverse, so if you'd have checked first you would have realized you'd not have a DVR function on u100, even though the same equipment. It would be disabled. ![]()

Tivo's (SD only) usually have to work off an STB and have 5 minute segments recorded every 6 hours to keep the STB from going into the screensaver. Might want to see this post on Tivo info:
