I noticed it on my STB last Friday. I entered my email and was supposed to be sent an email to confirm my account. Never received an email. Tried to register again today and so far, no email. Not in my spam folder either...what gives?...outside of Detroit...
Read the instructions for the Facebook app.

The one bad thing about the Facebook app is that can't read the full posts.

This app is not perfect by any means. If you are a active FB user this app is not for you. You are not able to view everything on your wall or newsfeed. You cannt not view videos. It will only show a portion of your pictures or other peoples pictures.... When using this app I feel like im back in 1998 on 56 k. It is so slow ![]()

I guess you're not understanding me. See item #4 in the link you attached:
- From your PC/laptop - open the registration email from facebook_setup@att.net. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. You must open the email from your PC/laptop.
I DO NOT get any registration email sent to me from AT&T to even open or click on any link...Not in my Inbox, Spam folder..nothing...nada....zip...
I've tried 3 times now from the Facebook App....maybe the App/service isn't activated yet in my area??? You would think if the App is on UVerse, I would be able to begin to use it....

I don't remember going through any e-mail process. IIRC, I just had to authorize the facebook app from my PC when logged on as me.
Not that I'm impressed with it or anything, but I have played with it once or twice.

You were told to expect a confirmation email? I wasn't. JefferMC's explanation, above, is how it is supposed to work, as far as I know. There shouldn't be an email sent.
