I need some "general care and support"! Bought your UVERSE data and cable plan for my condo...in part because of your
mobile access feature, which bytheway works fine on my AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3 which I recently purchased...that works so well I purchased the more expensive with more features AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 2.....which Alas, has more features but DROPPED the Uverse APP.....You advertise it but then don't deliver...

You didn't buy my U-Verse data and TV, you bought AT&T's. This is a peer to peer (customer to customer) forum. I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at AT&T Customer Care, and someone will get in touch with you.

Did you check to see if the app was compatible with your new device before upgrading?

I see no false advertising. Looks like the topic needs to be edited and moved to the proper forum. BTW, ATT did not drop the app, it is just not compatible with the version of Droid firmware on your new phone. Give ATT's developers time to update it, since firmware can vary from phone or device.
"Ren: Now listen, Cadet. I've got a job for you. See this button? Don't touch it! It's the History Eraser button, you fool!
Stimpy: So what'll happen?
Ren: That's just it. We don't know. Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?"

Right but he said that he needed some "general care and support," LOL.
Face it, dear OP, some apps are compaitable with a device and some aren't.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 uses the same Android Sense overlay as the Galaxy S III. The Uverse app is compatible with both.

That is because there was never a standard set. It is the same with every Linux distro out there also. Until a standard is set, there is going to be problems.
