can a verizon LTE iPhone 5 be flashed to AT&T?

im trying to figure out if my verizon LTE iPhone 5 can be flashed to AT&T because my sister wants to put me on her plan but we don't know if it can be flashed. please help?

Yes it would work , all** of Verizon's 4G LTE devices that are capable of GSM bands (this would be every iPhone starting with the 5 and above) the only thing is with the iPhone 5 you won't get LTE you only get HSPA+(4G) , in some areas the 4G signal is equivalent to that of AT&T's LTE signal, but to answer your question. Yes the Verizon iPhone 5 will work, you'll just only be able to use 4G and not LTE
