Show email recipent different email than the one I am sending from

Kelap5 - The e-mail is not "sent" from your ipad or Outlook or Macmail. These are just software products that access the mail server itself - att, your work, Gmail, Apple mail.

I have my Macmail inbox set to display multiple accounts in Gmail, Applemail and att.

On the ipad look in settings/mail to set up these multiple accounts. I see I have Gmail & Applemail set up on my new ipad mini.

You need to be aware that you are sending from the correct account when you start a new message. I believe if you are responding it uses the same one as the original. But, verify, just to be sure.
