Phone replacment
Hello I am a AT&T customer and my iPhone 5 which IV had for 3 years has started to have some problems. It has a bad battery and its glitches on me quit often, will AT&T offer me any kind of replacment vouch or a new phone

Apple has a battery replacement program for iPhone 5 users. You might want to investigate that...

Go online to the AT&T store and log on to your account. You can see your options and costs, for if you get a 2 year contract or purchase using NEXT.
