Are there any known issues regarding the new iPhone and WIFI? My phone doesn't connect to ANY Wifi connections and if it does doesn't stay connected for more then a few seconds.
Also, my network while saying I have 4G and full bars at times will then do nothing in regarding to data. Won't go to any websites or load any data.
And I'm charging my battery 3 times a day it seems, I think this has to do with its alwys trying to connect for data. Im just trying to figure out if this is my phone, or known problems through out Apple.

None with mine but at this point you might want to take it to the Apple Store and have them check it out.

As oz_1 says, I'd definitely take it to the genius bar and have it checked out. It could be as simple as a bad SIM card, or it could need to be replaced.
Make an appointment before heading to the store, that way you won't end up waiting if they're busy, which they always seem to be at the store near me.

Have you tried resetting the phone to it's factory settings? I know that's irritating, but it's worth a try. Better to spend a half hour resyncing your phone and have it work than have to suffer through a few more weeks of this.

No problem with my 2 iPhone 5's here. Actually my battery life is way better than my 4S.
"Way better"? What--was the battery life on your 4S that bad...or maybe the improvement in battery life that you're seeing on your 5 could be attributed to change in usage habits...or perhaps both? ![]()

For wifi that is uncommon but apple may be working on resolving it since it just released the iOS 6 last month. You can go to apple.com/feedback and comment on the iPhone that your wifi service is constantly out.
Battery life may be impacted by LTE. Keep in mind too they replaced the batteries with mammoth sized batteries to meet the demand of this. It helps to carry a battery pack around. There are ready to use packs by mophie that just requires your lightning cable.
