iPhone 5 UPS tracking question

Order blk iPhone 5 16gb on 9/17, it shipped 10/6

I have the tracking info and have been watching the UPS site like a hawk. I live in South Texas and was excited that the package began in Ft. Worth, Texas. But I noticed just now that the phone has arrived at Louisville, KY which is in the complete opposite direction from where I live. Does anyone know why this happened? I'm just a little worried now..

Nothing unusual. Louisville, KY is the main US Air Hub for UPS. Sometimes even if there is a hub closer it is still routed via the main hub.

Yep, I have had that happen before too. Keep in mind it takes the best possible route for you and for UPS. I live in North texas and mine shipped the same day and mine went from DFW to My local hub in Mesquite. Only because it was done on its air trip. Yours is probably flying down to you. If they did not have a flight from DFW to you but did in KY then your shipment goes there. Its part of their "2-Day Air saver".

If you check it later today and it is in Yemen, then I would get worried. lol Mine is due to arrive today but we shall see.

Thanks. I did some research and that was the case, it has made it's way to my city and is out for delivery. I hope you receive yours today as well!
