I stand corrected.  But the contract truly is for service....since you can change phones within the contract....as long as you continue to pay for your contracted services.  Correct?

9/25 16 gig white order still on BO. Hopefully it will go off BO tonight or tomorrow.

You check your order status and it will say when its processed..
Most are processed the same day others are weird and process in 1-2 days.

I think we are getting closer and closer. Today was a good day for me. I got out of the house and been gone since 12:30 today and this is the first time I am getting on here to check my order status and check on all yous guys on here waitin on orders and what not. I am litteraly 24 hours after you but the only thing is, I got a white one and you got a black one which means you should be real soon and I will be a little behind

Ordered my BLK 32GB I5 on Sptember 26th @ 3pm EST, Processed same day, still on BO....

Really bugs me that they quote the 18-21 days and its already been 25/26 still with no luck... Should have been more like a month to month and a half BO to be a little more up front with people...

Actually most everyone on here got the same email that said 14-21 business days but if your's said 18-21 then the 22nd (which was 6 minutes ago for me here on the East Coast) is only the 17th day!

you can change phones at any time during the contract, but if you want a new one at a subsidized price you have to wait for upgrade time. Heck you switch to a new iphone every day of the week as longs as you are willing to pay 649.00 per phone

Ordered on 29th at the AT&T store still on back order. Switching from Sprint thinking AT&T is better. Not really and i am not talking about the wait. It was given. All the data being used by the new Iphone. I was told three times. An not cancel the order.
