When will the pre-ordered iPhone 5 ship?

I was told by a CSR that those iPhone 5's ordered online on Sept 21 will have their devices sometime between 10/10-10/22. She put me on hold several times to confer with the system and I also think the warehouse.  So based on that I believe this will be the week we see the orders from the 21st start to ship out!!

Yep I was always told 10/11-10/22. They could never give me an idea of whether it was going to be closer to 11th or 22nd though. They would just say sometime in that window.....

White 16 ordered 20th, processed 21st... still BO.

CRadford22- I just think that it takes longer to process when ordering online. In store it's instant or same day processing.

I preordered 2iphone 5's on sept.17th at a at&t retailer and have yet to get any status on my phone. The phones ordered were the white models and I can't even check my order status because I never got an order confirmation or an email. I'm a new customer so I don't have an affiliated number with my order,at least I think I don't because trying to check my status with my number doesn't work. Still waiting for my phones.....anyone else waiting who ordered on the 17th???

After waiting forever I finally cancelled one of my preorders that I did on the 21st. The black 16g I ordered was already off BO and being prepared for shipping and I should have it by Friday is what the lady told me today when I called to cancel. I found a black and white 16g at my local radio shack and I'm posting this reply via my iPhone 5 now. Everywhere around me from 4 hours away is sold out and I found them at a place I woulda nvr looked.

Me too. I ordered 9/17 but b/c of my work approval process I did not get my order processed until 9/21 @ ~5pm. I'm guessing I'm at the tail end of the 9/21 orders.

On Friday I was told by a rep not to even look for my 16g white (also ordered {in store} on the 20th) until November 2. My delivery time has been pushed 3 separate times. Order day I was told 14 days. Then 21 days. November 2 will be 32 BUSINESS DAYS from day of order.

I ordered a black 32gig on Sept. 27th. Any idea when that will ship? Im really kinda ticked it's taking so long. I was hoping for a quicker delivery time so i wouldnt have to hassel with calling a store every day to see if they had phones to sell

Everyone I know who processed on the 19th and sooner has a phone in hand...Everyone who didn't called in and their order had some snafu or another...  You need to call CS and use the order number on the receipt...  If you dont have this you are in trouble.

Depends when did they process it..same day or later...If you don't know call in to find out.. Some people call in to find out it hasn't processed yet and something needs to be done still, agree to terms.Finalize data plan..Etc..They then get to go to the BACK of the line...

If it processed on the 27th probably one to two weeks out still depending if they speed up they are working on 9/21 orders now..At the current rate more like two weeks..  I am at 31 days from order date today(24 from processed)..but I am off BO means Friday latest for me..

I just talked to an ATT rep in chat and they said this:

"I am showing that your shipping dates for your IPhone is from October 10th through October 19th. Your phone will ship out during this time frame. I do apologize but I am not able to see a tracking number yet." 

So anyone who ordered on the 20th should see them move this week...I assume anyway.

Katielou1118- Really? Everytime I've called (most recently yesterday) they told me ship dates 10/11-10/22 and no later than 10/22. (I ordered 9/20, processed 9/21).

Hello everyone. I thought it might help to know that I ordered a 16g black iphone 5 on 9/21 at around 10am. I dint receive an email but since i check around three times a day on my status I saw that mine was picked up for delivery at 11 am today with a target date of tomorrow evening for it to get to my house. So it looks like they are fillings those as of right now.

Just checked with rep, I ordered 16gb black in store on 9/29, still showing shipping between 10/18 and 10/29 - exactly 14 - 21 business days I was originally quoted. She said she is not aware of any other delays impacting shipping.
