Is anyone having problems checking the order status page. All of a sudden this morning the paraphrase they ask me to enter is jibberish and it wont allow me to chek the page. Tried refreshing couple of times but same result. Are they now started restricting checking the order status page as well....

I am in teh same situation as all of you. Ordered mid day 14th. Terms took untill the 18th to process. Even though I accepted them the same night. ATT rep upgraded the wrong line and thats another story but it was 2 seperate orders. Second order fixed on the 18th Terms took 2 days to process (20th).
I have learned so much for my next upgrade but for know I am @!#$@#. Still on back order, If I would of known I would not have ordered a 16GB. I think the majority ordered white 16GB. If you ordered a black 16GB you have a better chance of getting it sooner. Thats why it is first come first serve depending on model type.
Mistakes.
1.Order 16GB white should have gone with 32GB or 64Gb would have gotten it quicker. I have a 32GB iphone 4 and didnt use much space. you can always uplaod pic to PC who really needs more than 6-8GB songs?
2. Order on the phone with ATT. Thier website accepts terms quicker. Or Apple website would have been the best option by far. Att messed up my order to. but like someone else posted I recieved alot of credits that covered my two phones upgrade cost and some change

So if you are waiting for a white 16GB I think there is a longer wait time. Other modeles someone can order a 64GB and get it shipped immediatly! I hope this helps. I have spent over 15 hours with ATT on teh phone bad CS and they dont care. getting a credit from them is almost impossible.
I cant cancel order because then you need to wait for for them to restore your upgrade availability. I will just need to wait this one out. Next time i will never again order from ATT phone rep or even thier site. But come on you all Apple site wasnt working for the first week. All links were non functional
Had to join the fun forum here, as I also have back ordered 0/ordered 1 with no ship date... Been like this for 5 days. Called the overseas customer service lady, and she says its been activated, and they are waiting to ship which could take anywhere from 14-21 days. I said that basically the phone is ready to ship, however it might take ATT 3 weeks to put it in the freakin mailbox? I don't think she knew what a mailbox was. So glad I decided to make the switch from Android to the iphone 5.
