Hello Everyone,

I ordered 2 iPhone 5's on Sept 14th at 10:06 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. I purchased one in white and the other in black. Good news is that the black iPhone status changed from Processing to Shipped!

However, my white iPhone still says processing!

I don't have tracking yet for the black iPhone so I am hoping that it did indeed ship.

I hope this information helps anyone, even though I was a bit late on ordering my iPhone on Sept 14th, it still shipped!

I placed my order with ATT at around 2:59am eastern time. I know it was suppose to only start at 3:00 but it released a minute early. My order status online says processing but it says its been shipped on 9/16 which is a Sunday so thats weird but what ever. And it says its thru fedex and I also got my tracking number. Since it was shipped on Monday I hope to get tomorrow that would be really nice. :-)

Got my big butt up early on the 14th and ordered a 64gb Black through AT&T at 3:25am EDT. Got my confirmation right away and thought I was all set. On Saturday, the order showed up under my orders on the site and the Shipping status says: Processing. That's still where I currently stand. It hasn't changed at all. Tried checking UPS, FEDEX, and even DHL by tracking reference. Used every piece of information I could possible think of. Nothing works. My email confirmation says "It will be delivered on 9/21/12." Starting to seriously doubt that. Would be nice to at least know if I need to be at home Friday to receive it or if it's not going to be there for many more days. I swore when I ordered the Iphone 4 I would never use AT&T to order another phone. What was I thinking last week??

Yes. All they would tell me is that all orders placed before 9am EDT on the 14th would arrive by the 21st. Couldn't tell me anything else.

I received my confirmation at 8:50am on Friday, Sept 14. My order says processing and I received an email last night about it arriving as soon as Sept 21. I spoke with a chat person today and the chat person said mine should ship within 14-21 days. Just thought I'd share my experience incase it helps anybody.

So I have a tracking number for my IPHONE 5, should arrive 9/21,

Otterbox just sent me a tracking number for the IPHONE 5 case, shipped fedex 9/18, scheduled to arrive on 9/27!!!

Nine days to get from Denver to SC!!

I could walk to Denver in 9 days!!!!

For people ordering from Apple, the first shipment was sold out before 4am EST, so AT&T selling out before 7:35 am is not hard to believe.

Placed my order at 7:50 EST on Friday, I haven't received a confirmation e-mail, however, the website says: Item Status: Processing, Carrier: FEDEX, Shipping Date: 9/17/2012. The e-mail I previously received also said my phone would be delivered on 9/21. Just waiting on a tracking number so I know if I need to work from home...

Nothing besides an email stating that I will RECEIVE it on 9/21. Getting irksome to say the least.

On att website and on the automated phone system it says that my 5 has shipped. Then I got an email from Premier saying that it will ship in 14 to 21 days. Who do I believe?

I ordered from AT&T on Friday @ about 8:05am CST. Black 32GB phone. Email came one minute later saying it will be delivered on 9/21/12. I also received a text @ 11:47am 9/14/12 saying congratulations on my preorder and that I would be notified when my order ships.

My order went to shipped yesterday but no tracking #.

We'll see.

Just spoke to a representative and he basically said due to a large amount of orders they just don;t have time to update the system.

I guess I'll take his word for it.

For me, it showed a fedex tracking number. Another poster said she talked to FedEx who said Apple was holding back packages from arriving before Friday. So if you go there and have a tracking number, you may have a good chance at receiving your iPhone 5 Friday!

Recently got off The phone with a rep. I ordered mine at 3:05 am est. From what they said if u ordered before 9 am est on Frthey will will ship tomorrow for next day delivery. They also saidthis would be the reason why the tracking numbers don't work yet

I checked my order status this morning and still said processing and pending. I checked a few minutes ago and status changed to shipped. No tracking number yet. I preordered mine thru ATT wireless on 9/14 at 800AM cdt. Email received 5 days ago stating i would receive on 9/21. No other emails since then. Now I am excited.

Spoke to a FedEx rep. Was told everyone who was in the first batch of shipments will be getting their iPhones Friday and that they will be out delivering until 8PM.

a Co worker told me he did a pre order on friday. he said his Iphone 5 will at house friday after noon. i will keep this forum posted if it shows up, then if it does AT&T got a iphone to a customer on time as stated!

I don't think they were either. I ordered mine (White 16G) before 12:20 PST and got an email confirmation at 12:18 and an email later in the evening about how my order had been processed. I had the initial money held on my card and it was released yesterday. I called this morning to ask about my order and all I was told was that I would receive and email once the order had shipped. I checked on the page where you can see if your item is back ordered and it shows that it is, however everything else keeps saying that the item is at the wharehouse being processed for shipment. I haven't heard anything else since friday's email telling me my order had been processed. The automated system says the exact same thing that the email did. I wondering if it will just ship tomorrow or if somehow I am screwed and not getting it by friday. meh...

so i rodered a white one 16GB on the 14th at 5:00amPT ..even though i didnt get the confirmation until later that afternoon. I ordered thru a rep over the phone and she assured me that i would get it on the 21. my order online says processing and backorder 1. i just chat with a chat rep and told me that its schedule to leave on Oct 4 and it could take from 14-21 from that date................ this really blows. should have just went to the store and got it on the 21
