Hi, My mom just got a new 4 today and I have a 3gs, she doesn't really need or want the new phone so is it possible for att to switch and Give my number a micro sim and hers a regular sim? Thanks

Yes, Go to an ATT store and have them activate new SIMs for each of the iPHones on the proper lines. Should not be a problem!
