Switching to an unlocked iPhone 4 - What do I do now?

Hi all,

I was just notified that my old iphone 4 has been unlocked by AT&T (my dad will be using it). However, he has a regular feature phone. Do I need to buy a new sim card to put into the iphone 4? Or, is there a way to port his number into the iphone 4 - it has my old micro-sim in in, however.

Kinda lost here. Guidance appreciated!

If he does not currently have a micro SIM card than you will need to go to AT&T and get him one.

Even though it is unlocked, it will still require a data plan. If you go to a store, they will take care of the SIM and put your father's number on the SIM.
