Hi, I'm not eligible to upgrade to iPhone 5 now, and don't want to wait 2-3 weeks for next shipment. So, I decided to buy an iPhone 5 from someone and bring the iPhone 5 to AT&T store to let them transfer my number from my current iPhone 4S (micro sim) to the new iPhone 5 (nano sim).
1.Do I have to pay again the activation fee when switching between these iPhones?
2.Do I have to pay for the new nano sim or I will get it free?
3.Any other charge that I might get?
Thank you.

No you should not have to pay any activation fees.
You should get charged for the SIM card. I have seen some people get it free but don't do in expecting it. If you get it free, then it's a bonus.
No there should not be any other charges.

Shouldn't be any charges besides the sim card itself, possibly around $10 or so not exactly sure how much.
