Some advice for ATT

Create a web page that shows the date/time of the order that is getting shipped. Sort of like a countdown clock.

That way we'll know where we are in the queue and how fast the queue is moving. It is the lack of such information that is driving everyone nuts!!

But the sad reality is that AT&T does care about their customers. They are getting worse day by day for customer support.
